How Pen Tests work!
Rapid antigen testing involves taking either a saliva sample or nasal swab that is placed into a chemical solution. The result displays within 10 to 15 minutes.
Rapid antigen self-tests can check if you have COVID-19, and tests are typically more accurate with frequent use (eg. testing two to three times over a week) if you don’t have any symptoms.

- Contact Customer Support on (03) 9008 4411 and explain the circumstances surrounding your Request for Credit, Replacement, or Refund. If the circumstances support proceeding further you will be issued an Oz Medical Request for Credit, Replacement, or Refund Form.
- Complete the Oz Medical Request for Credit, Replacement, or Refund Form and return to Oz Medical.
- Return the goods to Oz Medical.
Oz Medical will evaluate the circumstances and assess your claim. You will be notified of the outcome within 5 business days.

Receiving Oz Medical emails

Open your Junk Folder and manually look for an email from Oz Medical around the time of your order / notification. If you find the email from Oz Medical go to Step 5: Allow emails from Oz Medical.
Step 3: Manually check your Spam Folder
Open your Spam Folder and manually look for an email from Oz Medical around the time of your order / notification. If you find the email from Oz Medical go to Step 5: Allow emails from Oz Medical.
Step 4: Check your Oz Medical Online Account
Login and Check that the correct email is in your Oz Medical Online Account. If the email is incorrect update it to the correct email. If you can't login contact Oz Medical.
Step 5: Allow emails from Oz Medical
Select any ozmedical.com.au email found and flag it "Not Spam" or "Not Junk", then move it to your "Inbox".
Create a rule to 'whitelist' or allow all emails from ozmedical.com.au.
