We commit to dispatching all orders within 2 business days, depending on stock availability. We will email you if shipping is delayed.

Our deliveries are handled by third-party shipping providers, which you can select at checkout. Delivery services are available throughout Australia.

Please note that bulky items including but not limited to walkers, wheelchairs, bulk buys, hand sanitiser stations and nutrition are excluded from free shipping and may incur additional shipping charges, which will be specified at checkout.
