Your skincare ABCs

• A — Vitamin A: retinol in the evening serum.

The separate Cica cream completes the set with a moisturising formula containing glycerin, shea butter, Centella asiatica and sodium hyaluronate. The ABC ingredients occur across the set; each product does not represent a separate vitamin.

A simple routine

Morning: apply the Vitamin C cream to clean skin according to its packaging, then use a broad-spectrum sunscreen. Sunscreen and cleanser are not included.

Evening: introduce the retinol serum gradually, following its packaging directions, and follow with Cica cream. On evenings without retinol, use the Cica cream alone after cleansing.

Does the set include separate A, B and C serums?

No. It contains one retinol serum and two moisturisers. The Vitamin C cream contains both niacinamide (B3) and a vitamin C derivative; the retinol serum also contains panthenol (B5).

What is a capsule cream?

A facial moisturiser with a visible capsule-style texture that blends during application. These creams are for skin application, not swallowing.

Is this a complete skincare routine?

It covers a serum and moisturisers. You will also need your own cleanser and daytime sunscreen.

Is the bundle fragrance-free or vegan?

No. Both creams list fragrance and beeswax; the Vitamin C cream also lists hydrolysed collagen.

Do I use all three products together?
